That is a very common question when we are asked a favor or an opportunity to do something arises. The most spontaneous thing is to consider what benefit we can obtain from it. Jesus says that 100 for one thing you give. That is to say a 10,000%! Is that an exaggeration? We would have to try it. What is left behind: mother, father, siblings…seems to be an enormity. But the percentage of benefit is quite high. The thing is to take a great risk: to leave everything behind and to be at the end of the line: to be the last one. That hardly sounds like benefit, but if Jesus says so, it must be true!
