A poor woman, who, for reasons of poverty and an epidemic, was only able to attend school for a number of months and did not know how to write, is one of the most popular women of the 19th century in Italy. She suffered through mistreatment from her parents and worked many hours to help her family.  At the age of 20, she met Domingo Taigi, who she later married. But he was a strong character, although, he dealt with it and with Ana and her sweetness, he began to transform. They had seven children. She had great patience and maintained peace within the family, helping everyone to pray.
