November 26 - Saint John Berchmans

From a very early age, this Belgian saint was very pious. John considered that if he was not a saint while he was young, he would never be one. He began studying for the priesthood when he was 13 years old, but he was needed at home because they were poor. John later entered the Jesuits, and he prayed and studied a lot. His motto was to do good in the small things. He became ill but never lost his joy. St. John Berchmans died at a young age.

What are the small details in your life that require attention? Do you think that this is where God wants you or do you dream of big things that never arrive?
