October 13 Saint Edward

Edward was the most beloved royal of the British monarchy. He lived in the 11th century and was able to reign in peace and maintained peace in his kingdom through his trust in God and prayer. He was a kind and good-natured man, and loved the poor and strangers. St. Edward’s justice and his love of God made him popular and loved by his people.

Do you think that in order to lead, one must be very aggressive or imposing? Is it possible to lead with kindness and amiability or would it be considered a sign of weakness?
