Kenneth was born in Ireland in the 6th century and entered the Seminary at a young age to become a priest. He preached throughout Ireland and later in Scotland, although it had a Pagan king. God protected him and in spite of the initial persecution of the king, St. Kenneth was able to continue preaching. He established several monasteries and converted many non-believers. St. Kenneth became famous for his preaching of the gospel, but above all for his faithful discipleship of Christ.
In what ways can I follow Jesus today?
