August 24. Reflection - John 1:45-51
Neighboring towns are often rivals. Some think that there is absolutely nothing good in the other town, and the others think the same of the other town. And the same could happen within a family. Perhaps consciously or unconsciously, it has been determined as a fact that one of the members is totally useless…and so he or she is not expected to do much. This is a human tendency that we often do not acknowledge. But it denies us many possibilities of riches and discoveries.
Is there any person of whom you have created an opinion that he or she is good for nothing? Do you sometimes feel that people have judged you before they knew you?
