A Belgian saint of the 12th century, Juliana was a Cistercian nun, who greatly propagated the feast of Corpus Christi. She helped spread this feast in honor of the Blessed Sacrament to many places, even before Pope Urban IV sanctioned it for the universal church in 1264.
